An engineer will take your call. At very busy times you may have to leave a message, please do so leaving a name, address and contact number.
The engineer will take details of your call and pass these to an appropriate technician or he may expedite the matter. We understand you need a fast response and we aim to be with you as soon as we possibly can. Once our operative has assessed the situation, remedial action will be taken immediately to rectify the problem.
If a specialised part is required to complete the work a temporary solution will be found, with the job to be completed as soon as possible and at the customer's convenience.
