Boilers, like any other device are prone to breakdowns, often at the most inconvenient times without warning.

Our friendly staff will be pleased to arrange one of our fully qualified Gas Safe /OFTEC registered engineers to repair your boiler. Any problem involving Gas and Oil demands a total understanding of regulations and how boilers work. By calling William Smith Heating Solutions Scotland Ltd you can be sure that your boiler will be repaired in the shortest time and the work will be carried out to a high standard. We will always endeavour to repair breakdowns on a first visit. There will be occasions when our engineers will not have the required parts and a second visit may be required.

Out of hours service: If you are experiencing difficulty with your boiler or heating system please call us on 0800 081 1972 and press Option 4. Or leave a message by pressing Option 5. You will be diverted to our out of hours on call service.

If you smell gas please immediately call 0800 111 999. We do not operate a 24 hour service.
